Some customers may experience an issue during checkout after completing 3D Secure (3DS) verification. After confirming the payment in their banking app, the Checkout page may refresh and ask for card details to be entered again. Although it appears that the payment has not gone through, it may still be processing in the background. We recommend checking whether your order has been confirmed or waiting a few minutes before attempting the payment again to avoid duplicate charges.
