We have observed payments for ECMC and VISA Deposit through Shift4 failing in communication error between 10/1/2025 3:27 PM UTC to 10/1/2025 3:39 PM UTC. The issue has been resolved and services are now operating normally. We have contacted the provider to understand the cause of this issue.
