Incident Description:
ECMC and VISA Deposit transactions encountered failures due to an AuthoriseCommunicationErrorOccurred starting at 1:31:51 PM UTC. A total of 58 transactions were affected by this issue. The disruption originated from the payment service provider's end, as confirmed by their status page. The issue has been resolved as of 17:02 UTC, and Paysafe has updated their status page accordingly.
