The approval rate is back to normal since 01:33 PM UTC. PXP Tech Team will continue to monitor the transactions for stability. PXP systems are operating normally.

Identified

The Provider informed us about a delay they are having with Interac Network. We continue to notice the approval rates have not improved. PXP Systems are operating normally. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

Investigating

We are currently investigating a service disruption affecting Interac eTransfer Deposits and Interac Withdrawals. Our teams are working with the provider to identify the root cause and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
