The PXP Support team noticed that the VISA/ECMC Deposit transactions through Shift4 are hung in AuthoriseCommunicationErrorOccurred State since 5/10/2026 12:18 PM UTC. PXP technical team is coordinating with the Provider for resolution. PXP systems are operating normally. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
