Provider has identified a technical issue on their side. The approval rate is back to normal since 2/20/2026 6:14:18 PM UTC. PXP Tech Team will continue to monitor the transactions for stability. PXP systems are operating normally.

The PXP Support team noticed that most of the transactions were in the AuthoriseErrorReportedByProvider state. The PXP technical team is coordinating with the Provider for resolution.
